It gave Australian and New Zealand authors a platform in the revival of the form in the English language. Griffith Review 46: Forgotten Stories - The Novella Project II was a confronting, moving and provocative collection of five novellas with a historical dimension. Griffith Review 50: Tall Tales Short - The Novella Project III features five novellas selected from a nationwide competition, blind-judged by Cate Kennedy, Jacqueline Blanchard and Brian Johns.
