The Starlight Children's Foundation this year celebrates 25 years of transforming the lives of seriously ill children. Over the years Starlight's major fundraiser, the 'Five Chefs Dinners', have seen Australia's most loved chefs donating their time and creating special menus to help raise funds to keep Starlight's programs running. Dinnertime! brings these chefs and the Starlight families together in a very special way: the children from Starlight programs around the country were asked to name their favourite dinner (and dessert) and the chefs created the recipes especially, resulting in a family cookbook with more than 80 dishes that range from roast chicken, fried rice and 'oodles of noodles' to chocolate mousse, ice cream sandwiches and banana splits - all from the chefs you know and love.
